Don't you just LOVE a baby bonnet?

Hearing aid bonnets (aka pilot caps) were our go-to hearing aid retention method when our daughter was an infant and tiny toddler—here's why.

We amassed quite a collection! Our bonnet drawer overflowed with elegant colors and ruffles, pretty floral patterns, and comfortable fabrics that served her well in hot and cold weather. The only downside of bonnets: they covered up our colorful hearing aids and earmold designs. That's important to us, because we want our daughter to take interest and pride in her hearing aids and even the retention devices that help her keep them in place.
